Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Tremor website, account, API and browser extension. By subscribing or using Tremor, you agree to them.

1. Provider and eligibility

Tremor is provided by Tremor — legal business name required before launch, registration number Registration number required before launch, at Postal address required before launch. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. What Tremor provides

Tremor provides model-based drawdown-risk assessments for supported securities. Features, supported tickers, model versions and presentation may change as the service is maintained and improved.

3. Not financial advice

Tremor is an informational risk-research tool, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. It does not recommend that you buy, sell or hold a security and does not predict price direction. Risk estimates can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Markets can move differently from historical patterns. You remain solely responsible for investment decisions, position sizing, losses and compliance with rules that apply to you.

4. Account and extension key

You are responsible for your account and extension key. Do not share, resell or publish the key. Creating a new key revokes the previous key. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or key has been compromised.

5. Subscription and payment

Tremor Monthly has no minimum commitment and renews each month until cancelled. The base price, billing currency, applicable taxes and total payable amount are shown before you place the order in Stripe Checkout. You may correct checkout information before confirming payment. You may cancel through Manage billing; unless a refund or mandatory law provides otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid period.

Stripe Managed Payments is enabled for Tremor checkout and identifies the merchant of record and final transaction terms in the payment interface. Stripe handles payment, applicable indirect taxes and transaction-level payment support. Tremor remains responsible for providing and supporting the Tremor service.

6. Withdrawal, refunds and complaints

Eligible consumers generally have 14 days from the contract date to withdraw. The online withdrawal function is available throughout that period and sends an immediate timestamped email receipt. You may instead use the standard withdrawal form. Details about cancellation, Tremor's separate first-payment refund promise, statutory refunds and processing are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Questions, service complaints and legal complaints may be sent to Support email required before launch. Include the account email and relevant order or contract reference, but never send an extension key or payment-card details.

7. Fair use

The subscription is for one user's ordinary interactive research use. Automated scraping, credential sharing, resale, denial-of-service activity, attempts to bypass access controls, reverse engineering of protected service components, or use that materially harms other users is prohibited. A high daily request ceiling protects the service from automated abuse and should not affect normal extension use.

8. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Exchanges, market-data sources, TradingView, hosting providers and payment systems may change or fail. Maintenance or security incidents may temporarily limit access.

9. Intellectual property

Tremor's software, branding, interface, model output presentation and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for non-payment, abuse, security risk or material breach. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. You may stop using Tremor and cancel renewal at any time.

11. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Tremor is not responsible for trading losses, lost opportunities, indirect losses or decisions made using a risk assessment. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Swedish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Contact Support email required before launch with questions or complaints.
